NOTE: Counseling is an investment in yourself, as well as an investment of time, energy, and resources- if cost is keeping you from seeking support, I provide sliding scale rates. Please connect with me to discuss options.
PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is required on the day of service. Cash, check, cards, and health savings accounts accepted.
INSURANCE: I am an in network provider with most Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Aetna, Maine Community Health Options, and Martin's Point plans. It is my client's responsibility to understand their insurance benefits and coverage. For insurance plans for which I am an out-of-network provider, I will provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement should you have out of network mental health benefits. Please note: Most plans have a deductible- check with your plan to clarity and confirm.
